A choice or development of foundry technology depending on a kind and complexity of casting and a release program

– for melt preparation (melting and holding furnaces and complexes, transport ladles and other equipment);
– for foundry using various technologies such as high-pressure die casting, low-pressure casting, gravity die casting, sand and ceramic molds casting.
Selection of consumables and development of the process features of their application to ensure the best quality of foundry and the required release program
Optimization of all process foundry parameters
Also, to identify the causes of reject, we perform a complex or partial analysis of the quality of initial alloys and obtained castings. Modern research methods enable to analyze the structure of cast material of castings or initial alloys; determine the necessary physical and mechanical properties. As a result of the research, the causes of reject are identified and recommendations are given concerning the improvement of foundry quality.
